Founded in 1972, the Japan Society Language Center is the premier Japanese language center in New York City, offering 13 comprehensive levels and six semesters each year. This early education class is designed for all young students with an interest in exploring theatre. Students will learn basic acting, dance, and vocal techniques while working to put on a full production of the musical, A Year with Frog and Toad. Students will learn about the audition process and have the opportunity to audition for a role in the show. All students will be given a part and will learn the importance of working collectively as a group to create a successful and fun theatrical experience.
