About Our Classes: The Art League of Long Island offers classes and workshops in a variety of mediums throughout the year. We offer classes in Drawing & Painting, Watercolor, Printmaking, Pastel, Sculpture, Jewelry, Ceramics, Decorative Arts, Glass, as well as ongoing Open Studios and more for Adults, Teens, and Children.

The Bayard Cutting Arboretum education programs are available year-round and provide learning experiences for educators, families, kids, adults, school groups, and youth groups.
In addition to watching exciting polo matches, we also offer many options for you to learn how to play the “Sport of Kings” for adults and children ages 5 and up! We offer both group and private lessons in a non-intimidating setting that is both challenging and fun, and is perfect for anyone looking for a sport that is beneficial for your mind, body and soul.
For fun or for competition, when it comes to league bowling, AMF has everybody else beat. Themed leagues give bowlers of all ages the chance to compete or just have fun in an organized league setting.
Breakwater’s mission is to promote the sport of sailing and sailboat racing for all members of the community. We strive to ensure that sailors learn, cruise, and compete in a safe, fun environment and maintain high standards of sportsmanship. Breakwater Sailing Center, Inc. includes the activities of Breakwater Yacht Club.
Another exciting experience awaits your student through hands-on projects and learning. Our RightPath Program is a track exclusively for alternative school students who are ready to make their mark and explore as STEAMERs. RightPath will provide students the opportunity to succeed in a non-traditional setting with educational and social supports that are sure to inspire a newfound love for learning and discovery. All RightPath STEAMERs receive a certificate of recognition for completing the camp.
Cirque Us believes that the circus is a place for everyone. We offer a wide range of circus programming ranging from 1 hour workshops to 2 weeks camps. Our coaches are able to teach students at any level, and will set appropriate and challenging goals in a safe and positive environment.
Our experts offer local and affordable skill training for educators, youth leaders, human service personnel, and parents. Our Family Health and Wellness educators help strengthen families and address critical issues facing them today.
We offer tons of classes on weekends ranging from Art, Dance, and Private Lessons with our professional and industry-established instructors. Gold Coast Arts also offers in-person private and semi-private lessons for all ages & abilities.

The John J. Byrne Community Center in Uniondale offers a diverse range of youth classes and programs designed to support children's growth and success both in and out of school. Children and teens can participate in after-school programs featuring homework help, arts, and sports, as well as summer camps for exploration and fun, personalized academic tutoring, leadership development, and engaging activities for all skill levels. The Center offers free walk-in tours and pre-registered public programs for all ages including creative and scientific workshops, guided nature walks, school group field trips, scout programs, and citizen science events.

At Lighthouse, we offer a variety of in-person and virtual creative writing workshops, in all genres, on weekends, after school, and during school-closure days, including the Young Authors Collective for teens, summer camps, and homeschool enrichment
Led by our talented staff of nature educators, our programs are designed for a wide variety of audiences including schools, children, adults, scouts, senior citizens, clubs, people with special needs, and organizations. The museum also conducts cooperative nature education programs with other nature organizations and government agencies.
Our Adventures in STEM program is an interactive adventure and educational experience for kids 10+. Program participants will learn about science, technology, math, engineering… and adventure!
The Reboli Center offers one day art workshops for kids, teens, and adults that explore mediums of painting, drawing, and sculpture. These workshops encourage self-expression and creativity while building foundational art skills.
